On-Site Services
Policies and Pricing
All on-site services are priced by the hour. Travel and living expenses are billed at cost. The rates for on-site services depend on whether the hours are at the standard on-site rate, overtime, premium or travel rates.

Travel and living expenses are billed at cost.
On-Site Time is the actual time the service engineer spends on-site providing the requested services
Stand-By or Waiting Time Monarch Automation Inc. does not differentiate between “waiting” or “standby” times and normal On-Site time. Such time will be billed at the On-Site rate with any applicable charges.
Travel time is billed at 75% of the On-Site rate. Travel is the time spent traveling between the Monarch Automation location (or the service engineer’s home) and your facility (or a nearby hotel) as appropriate. Daily travel between a hotel and your facility is not billed unless it exceeds 30 minutes (one-way). The maximum billing for travel time is 12 hours per travel day.
Overtime is charged at 150% of the On-Site rate for on-site hours provided outside a “normal” 8:00am to 5:00pm workday (local time) or on Saturdays.
Premium time is charged at 200% of the On-Site rate for on-site hours provided on Sundays or Holidays.
Minimum billing for any On-Site trip is 4 hours at the appropriate rate plus travel and living expenses.
Discounts
A discount of 15% is applied to all On-Site rates if Monarch Automation Incorporated has a written purchase order specifying the dates in which the service is required at least two weeks in advance.
No other discounts apply to On-Site services.
